At Maison Amélie Montréal, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards of elegance and comfort.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags and labels must remain attached.

The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale items, accessories, hats, scarves, or any final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Maison Amélie Montréal does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return safely reaches us. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another color or size, please contact our support team at info@maisonamelie-montreal.com.
Once your original item has been received and approved, we will process the exchange or issue a store credit for future use.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet the eligibility conditions, it will not be refunded and will be sent back at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@maisonamelie-montreal.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will prioritize resolving the situation as quickly as possible.

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
