All products are shipped directly from our suppliers outside Canada. Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery terms follow DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning goods are delivered to the customer’s address but may require additional customs clearance. Any related delays or charges are beyond our control.
